• An employee who has reason to believe that he or she is suffering as a result of actions which conflict with this policy should immediately speak to their supervisor. The supervisor is required to receive the complaint in confidence, to be relayed to higher authority only for the purpose of resolving the problem. If the employee for any reason wishes not to involve their superior they may communicate directly to Mr Peter Price as the senior individual responsible for this Policy and its effective operation.

• Barco may, from time to time, monitor the effectiveness of this Policy and all employees are required to assist with such monitoring when requested.
