Disabled Adaptions

Barco has been making life easier for disabled customers for the last few years, we have carried out many adaptions to bathrooms and homes, including complete shower/wet rooms with grab handles, shower seats and walk in shower trays, all which enabled disabled people to lead independent and normal lives. We take the project from start to finish with our specialist brickworkers, building extensions on homes and our plumbers, electricians and fitters adding the ease and accessibility of getting these new rooms as quickly as possible and to the standards that our clients have come to expect from us.

Whether your requirement is to adapt an existing room or build a whole new extension we are there every step of the way.

We work hand in hand with local housing associations to carry out this work usually funded by the Adaptions and Disabled Facilities grants.

The equipment we install only comes from the highest quality of sources including AKW, Impey and N&C phlexicare.

Our wet rooms are usually finished off with Altro slip-resistant flooring making the end result as safe as possible for our clients to use.
